Do Cages Always Bring Misfortune?
Once upon a time in a remote local town
there lived a man with gross freedom.
He lived like a lion in a jungle motley crowd;
rising from a golden bed
foot resting on a gilded floor,
headed from a scented sauna,
living for a paltry dream.
Hoi polloi claims of poverty,
and a man like a sloth in indolence-
bearing besom in apron,
moving for his daily bread.
Dream for skies kept him thirst;
crave for rest, lead him inert;
Greed for opulence locked him caged;
Clouds of darkness got him wealth.
Cage so formed in avarice,
Compound as an enigma,
fasten him in ignorance
alas crawls him unnoticed.

#1 Stanza 1 -Introduces a man wealthy and rich.living with a small dream. (As we get richer, our dreams populate into bigger ones; but after a point of saturation we'll feel our newer dreams to be comparatively smaller than the initial ones)
#2 Stanza 2 - People or the common crowd which is already poor claims of this man to be a poor sweeper in the past.

In brief: Great dreams uplifts a man. Laziness distracts him. Greed cages him.
